Good communications are a key element in building trust within any business or organisation. How we talk to our audiences both internally and externally shapes how they feel about the work we do. Clear, impactful messaging makes a difference to those we engage with.

Over my career so far, I’ve worked for New Zealand Police through various disasters and emergencies, University of Otago through organisational change, the new Infectious Diseases Research Platform set up in response to COVID-19 and with small businesses and charities.
